About Us

Gaotech Consulting was established in 2022. Our purpose is to facilitate transformational change in communities.

Over the years, we have realised through observation and many research papers that many community projects are designed and constructed with little involvement from the broader community. Little to no interests or concerns of communities that feel the project’s impacts is often the driver for this. In closing this gap we have specially set up a team to address this concern.

Developing tools with impacted communities to measure and understand the local area and the associated impacts

Co-Designing

with the local communities, design solutions that best address the challenges based on local values and adapting where necessary.

Solution application

As design specifications are agreed on with locals, work begins to implement the agreed. This will largely include detailed planning and scheduling to ensure all key measures are taken in to account.
